Options to receive up to $15,900 of your salary tax-free meaning more take-home pay.We are seeking a hands-on and strategic HR Business Partner to join our mission-driven team environment to help shape the future of The George Institutes thriving inclusive workplace.Our office is brand new, and purpose built; conveniently located right near the light rail stopmaking your commute a breeze!Key Responsibilities and Duties:As our HR Business Partner, youll be a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering end-to-end HR services and driving initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.Partnering with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, including matters involving strategic organisational change.Leading employee relations with empathy and expertiseDriving engagement and inclusion across diverse teamsDesigning and delivering innovative people programsCoaching our current and emerging leadersUsing data and insights to inform strategic decisionsCollaborating globally to enhance the employee experienceContributing and leading projects to deliver on our people strategy.For more information on this role, please see our detailed Position Description hereSkills, Knowledge and Experience/ Our Successful CandidateTertiary qualifications in Human ResourcesProven experience in HR partnering and employee relationsStrong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of employment legislation and HR best practicesA collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a passion for enhancing employee experiencePlease note, prior to 15th September, if you are invited to an interview this will be held at our current office in Barangaroo in Sydney CBD.Closing DateThe closing date for applications is 10th September, 2025We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is foundThe unrestricted right to work in Australia is a requirement for this position.
