ING is looking for a strategic and analytical Data and Insights Analyst to join our Business Banking Domain as part of our Data and Insights function. This role is pivotal in driving data governance and quality, timely commercial insights to support our business strategy working across a range of teams in Retail, Risk, Technology and Operations.If youre ready to make a difference and thrive in a data-rich, fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you. Apply now and help us unlock the power of data in Business Banking.What youll doLead data governance and data quality initiatives for Business Banking.Develop reporting and insights to drive performance, pricing, and risk decisions.Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and emerging tools like AI.Support change projects including system upgrades, data migration activities and new product/channel builds.Champion data fluency and deliver training to uplift analytics capability.Deliver actionable insights to inform strategy, project design, and decision-making.What were looking for6+ years experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on data, analytics, or business performance.Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related disciplines.
