Overview We have an exceptional full-time opportunity for a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families. In this role, you will drive high quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across the service while leading six key areas: quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development. If you are passionate about leadership and team success, wed love to hear from you! The role Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly. Oversee complete day-to-day running of the service, providing top quality care and education across 3 key developmental milestones Become the key touch stone for our existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues. Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention. The Centre Boutique early learning service located on Westbury Street, St Kilda Dedicated and experienced team supporting each childs growth and development Follows the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, with a focus on STEM, Literacy and creative exploration Engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a large playground Strong connections with local schools and community groups Fresh, healthy meals prepared onsite daily About you Proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with large service experience desirable. Diploma in Childrens Services, or equivalent qualification. Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework. Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail. Valid Working with Children Check, current Drivers Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
