OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Network Transformation Architect to lead large-scale network transformation programs across RAN, Core, OSS, Enterprise Networks, and Network Automation. This role demands deep technical expertise in next-gen network technologies, SDN, and network automation frameworks, along with a strategic mindset for end-to-end enterprise system implementation and operations transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the design and execution of large-scale network transformation programs across multiple domains: RAN, Core, OSS, and Enterprise Networks.Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with TM Forum standards, supporting service-oriented and cloud-native transformation.Lead efforts in migrating legacy/manual operations to autonomous networks leveraging AI/ML, SDN/NFV, and orchestration tools.Define and oversee end-to-end system integration and implementation strategies for enterprise-grade network platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and operations to align architecture and transformation goals.Support pre-sales and large deal solutioning, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and customer presentations.Lead technical governance and architectural assurance for transformation projects.Stay current with emerging network technologies, standards, and industry best practices.Required Skills and ExperienceTM Forum architecture awareness practical experience applying eTOM, SID, and TAM frameworks.Proven experience with Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).Expertise in autonomous network frameworks and transitioning from manual operations to AI-driven network automation.Strong background in system implementation and enterprise IT systems integration in telco environments.Experience leading large deals and transformation programs, especially in network modernization and automation.Cross-domain knowledge across RAN, Core, OSS/BSS, Enterprise Networking, and cloud-based network functions.Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at CXO levels.Experience with orchestration platforms, service assurance, and intelligent fault/event management.Preferred QualificationsTOGAF or TM Forum certificationsExperience with vendors such as Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, Juniper, etc.Knowledge of cloud-native network functions (CNFs), 5G network slicing, and edge computingUnderstanding of DevOps/NetOps practices for network environmentsWhy Join UsBe part of cutting-edge telecom transformation projects with global impactWork with industry leaders and a high-performing teamOpportunities for leadership and innovation in next-gen network initiativesCyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
