Overview Senior Property Manager role at TalentWeb | B Corp in Sydney CBD. Our client, a leading private property group, is seeking a Property Manager to join their Sydney CBD team. This is a hands-on role managing A-Grade commercial office assets, with a strong focus on leasing, tenant engagement and retention. Youll work closely with corporate tenants, facilities teams and asset managers to ensure these premium buildings perform at the highest standard. Base pay range A$190,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Responsibilities Build and maintain strong tenant relationships Manage leasing, renewals, rent reviews & make good obligations Oversee budgets, financial reporting & compliance Support leasing initiatives and asset strategies Conduct regular inspections to uphold A-Grade standards Qualifications 35+ years commercial property management experience (A-Grade or Premium preferred) Confident in tenant-facing roles with strong negotiation skills Knowledge of lease admin, arrears, and property accounting Experience with Yardi (or similar) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
