Overview We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Boutique Manager to lead our dynamic team at Elka Collective Claremont. This full-time role (Tuesday-Saturday) is ideal for a leader who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead our team in a contemporary yet timeless boutique retail environment Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka Collective Monitor store sales performance and support continuous improvement Oversee store operations, including stockroom and visual merchandising Deliver a standout customer experience, hosting in-store seasonal events Develop and maintain VIP customer relationships Manage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controls Effectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for success Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team aligned with brand values Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislation Qualifications You''re someone who thrives in a boutique retail environment and loves leading a team to success. You''re passionate about fashion, delivering memorable customer experiences, and consistently achieving targets.
