Centre Manager - ACT AMA Group Ltd Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia AMA Group Ltd is the leader in collision repair, with the biggest network of facilities across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a Centre Manager for either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a fulltime, permanent position reporting to the State Operations Manager. The role offers growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Production workshop management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their preaccident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations. Quality, quotes, parts and vehicle management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their preaccident condition. Customer service and stakeholder management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions. Profit and loss, reporting and administration: ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, management reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance. Leadership and people management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships. Work health and safety (WHS): maintain the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
