Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daytoday operations of Miss Amara''s Shopify Plus stores, ensuring a highperforming and frictionless shopping experience. Serve as the agency point of contact for the website upgrade due to golive end of year. Implement and optimise site features, integrations, and new technology to enhance performance. Regularly audit the site to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for speed, accessibility, and UX. Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Leverage personalisation tools and customer segmentation to deliver tailored shopping experiences. Implement strategic upselling and crossselling initiatives to boost AOV and profitability. Conduct A/B testing to refine onsite messaging, CTAs, and layout. Analyse customer behaviour and sales trends to inform datadriven strategies. Utilise Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and CRM data to drive continuous improvement and report findings to key stakeholders. Monitor site performance and implement solutions to optimise speed and usability. Qualifications: Expertise in site information architecture (IA), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), digital merchandising, customer journey mapping, and AOVboosting strategies. Strong ability to collect and analyse both implicit and explicit customer data to drive insights and actions. Experience managing Shopify apps and thirdparty integrations to enhance site functionality. A datadriven mindset with a proven ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable improvements. Handson experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, and CRM platforms. Solid understanding of SEO best practices and UX/UI principles to optimise user experience.
