What Youll Be Doing As a Trade Territory Manager Brisbane North, you will be responsible for developing and profitably growing the customer base within a defined territory by delivering outstanding customer service aligned to the Dulux Trade Sales Strategy. Acting as a trusted business-to-business advisor, you will work closely with trade painters and other key influencers to identify sales opportunities across repaint, new construction, and housing projects. This role involves daily facetoface engagement with customers, building strong commercial relationships, executing call plans, retaining high walletshare accounts, and converting opportunities into profitable revenue. You will manage your territory as your own business, leveraging your product knowledge, problemsolving skills, and sales capability to deliver budgeted sales and profit outcomes while maintaining accurate CRM reporting.
