The Top End Mental Health Service (TEMHS) is seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in Katherine, Northern Territory. About the Role As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will provide specialist mental health care across rural and remote communities in the Top End. Your work will span clinical care, outreach, hospital support, and education, including: Delivering culturally sensitive psychiatric services to remote Aboriginal communities.Supporting Katherine Hospitals emergency department and inpatient discharge planning.Collaborating with a vibrant team of nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and psychologists.Teaching medical students and contributing to the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) Postgraduate Training Program.
