Senior Lead Consultant (Job Coaching) Values in Action Scotland (VIAS) is recruiting for the post of Senior Lead Consultant (Job Coaching) based in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Development Lead, the successful candidate will lead the Project SEARCH University of Aberdeen initiative, aiming to establish VIAS as one of the top performing sites across the UK. Through job coaching, training, consultancy, and evaluation services, VIAS builds the capacity of individuals and organisations to realise their full potential. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with supported employment and/or employability programmes, be confident in guiding Project SEARCH interns to success, and possess expertise in researching potential employers to secure internships and job openings. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain successful partnerships. Knowledge of funding sources linked to employment and proficiency in drafting and submitting grant applications are required. Experience with the challenges and activities that affect people with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergent individuals will be an advantage.
