Lead one of Supercheap Autos highest trading stores in Dubbo! Were seeking a dynamic Store Manager with strong retail leadership experience and a passion for team development. Youll oversee a diverse team of 14, including 2 Assistant Store Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who thrives on accountability, empowering others, and driving results through KPIsall within a supportive, wellestablished environment. The role offers a 40hour week with a 1in3 weekend rotating roster, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your passions outside of work.
