Position Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Overview Scotford Fennessy has partnered with a duallisted explorer to anatomical a CEO here in Perth. The company operates a multicommodity, multiproject portfolio focused on Western Australia, covering critical minerals, gold, and ferrous metals at stages from postPFS to prescoping. The CEO will play a key role in managing broker and lender relationships and communicating the company narrative to the market, particularly given the small market cap of $10m relative to a $1b+ valuation of a key project. Responsibilities Manage existing offtake relationships and advance other channel opportunities. Oversee daytoday operational aspects, including drilling programmes. Work closely with the Chair, Board and executive team to set strategic direction, define priorities for projects, and pursue development, sale or further exploration activities. Qualifications Corporate background in finance, legal, business development or commercial roles. Experience raising capital and established relationships with smallcap brokers. Comfort with a multihat culture of an explorer and experience in a lead/executive role for an ASXlisted explorer or miner. Remuneration Salary: resign $250,000 $300,000 plus performance rights.
