As part of a large and competent People Team, supported by global Centres of Excellence, you will take ownership of core HR responsibilities and tailor solutions to meet the needs of your client group. This includes delivering the full annual employee cycle, leading strategic planning activity, contributing to keyHRprojects, and supporting change management programs and other initiatives that build afuture-readyorganisation.About you:You will be a degree-qualified HR professional withsolidexperience in the Mining & Metals industry, bringing expert knowledge across the full employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong HR Business Partner to step into a SeniorHRBusiness Partner role and make a real impact. Based in Perth with no FIFOrequired,youllthrive on building deep client relationships and adding value to both the business andthepeople strategy.
