Job Description Reporting to the CEO and in close collaboration with the Directors, the role will be a key member of the Platinum Aircraft Charter team, charged with leading and implementing the growth strategy via direct leadership of the team, key contact with clients and customers and commercial partners, building brand awareness, leading strategic sales and new business growth initiatives, marketing capability, brand awareness and operational effectiveness balking. The role has responsibility for the daily management and leadership of operations across the entire product/ services portfolio, with full P&L and operational responsibility for all Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operational activities. They will have the personal attributes of respect, sense of urgency, clientfocused mindset, adaptability, resilience, a collaborative, consultative and curious style, allowing them to act as the conduit between Directors and Management, while cultivating an accountable leadership culture that inspires confidence, increases team capability and organisational competency.
