Your Role Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Drive a highperformance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development. Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control. Monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver strong commercial results. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders. About You Youancien passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Proven experience as a Retail Manager in a highvolume setting. Strong leadership capability with a resultsfocused mindset. Excellent communication and team development skills. A passion for customer experience, brand standards, and commercial performance. A proven track record of meeting ralise and exceeding sales and profit targets.
