OTR Kensington, South Australia, Australia Systems Master Data Officer We now have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Systems Master Data Officer at our Kensington head office for an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The Role As a Systems Master Data Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and reliable master data that supports all OTR sites. This position involves data entry and validation across key areas to ensure data integrity and accuracy, enabling smooth operations across our network. Responsibilities Maintaining and managing master data within OTRs ERP and related business systems. Gathering, documenting, and maintaining business requirements for master data, vendors products, sites and system changes. Ensuring master data updates reflect operational requirements while complying governance frameworks and business rules. Analysing data workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or data quality issues and proposing solutions. Performing root cause analysis on recurring data issues and recommending system or process improvements. Validating and testing master data changes and system enhancements to ensure accuracy and integrity. Full training provided through a 3-month onthejob training program. A supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Exposure to analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerBI. About You Ideally qualified in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Management, IT, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in a master data, business systems, or a data governance role. Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise data structures. Strong understanding of master data management principles governance. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Strong analytical and problemsolving capability. Experience in system testing, validation, and data quality assurance. Ability to work across technical and nontechnical stakeholders. High attention to detail and data integrity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with manual data entry and working with large datasets. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage. Your background could include a mix of IT and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
