The Board is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with the drive, vision and leadership capability to build on the Clubs success and guide its licensed club, commercial businesses, leisure operations and community support to the next level. Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for the profitable daytoday operations of the Club, while also contributing to the development and execution of its strategic direction. Ideal Applicant Requirements Senior management experience in largescale hospitality operations, licensed clubs with gaming operations, or comparable environments. A proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and commercial performance. Strong leadership capability, with welldeveloped human resource management and communication skills. The ability to lead, motivate and align teams with the organisations purpose, vision and strategic objectives. A genuine passion for training, mentoring and developing highperforming teams. Sound operational knowledge across food and beverage, functions and events, gaming operations, accommodation, marketing, player loyalty programmes, and all relevant legislative and compliance requirements. Demonstrated experience supporting community and sporting initiatives. An innovative and forwardthinking management approach, with the ability to adapt to changing operating environments. The capability to contribute meaningfully to the development and execution of strategic and business plans. Strong business acumen, supported by welldeveloped financial and commercial skills. Experience overseeing capital expenditure programmes and ongoing asset maintenance. Relevant licensing certificates and professional qualifications.
