About the role With 12 Early Learning Centres across the Perth Metroarea, this pivotal Leadership role, managing a large, diverse anddynamic team provides strategic and operational leadership toensure service excellence, quality outcomes and regulatorycompliance. Youll strive to build staff capability, leadchange and drive a culture of high performance and continuousimprovement. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will make a visibleimpact to children, families and the community, influencing thedelivery of key Operational drivers across Business Growth andQuality, Financial & Workforce Management, Risk, andProcurement activity, with unique opportunities to partner with keyinternal and external stakeholders on strategic businessprojects. About you As an authentic, strategic and visionary leader who exudespassion and energy for Early childhood, this role offers a uniqueopportunity to make a meaningful impact! You will successfullybalance big picture thinking with the delivery ofdaily operational requirements. Your previous relevant experiencein an Operational Senior Leadership role will lend well toinfluencing, managing and mentoring large teams, and yourunderstanding and application of legislative requirements as theypertain to the Education and Care Sector. Flexibility, adaptability and resilience will see you leaddecisively on fast moving operational demands, coupled with stronginfluencing and people skills to ensure meaningful stakeholderrelationships at all levels to achieve business and qualityoutcomes.
