Business Manager PROBOND Facade Cladding Build the Business | Lead the Team | Trusted Brand Geelong VIC (State-of-the-Art HQ) | Full Time CPH Group is growing fast and our PROBOND Facade Cladding division is a major part of that journey. Were looking for a Business Manager to take full ownership of this business unit and actively grow it. This is not a back-office management role. Youll be out in the market building relationships, winning projects, and leading from the front, while also building and managing a high-performing sales and specification team. Youll be based in our state-of-the-art Geelong Head Office, with regular travel to Melbourne and interstate as the business expands. What Youll Be Doing Run and grow the PROBOND Facade Cladding Business Unit Own the P&L and deliver revenue, margin and growth outcomes Personally drive sales, leveraging your industry network and doing face-to-face selling Build and manage a long-cycle project pipeline (design spec tender delivery) Secure PROBOND as a preferred corporate cladding specification Build, lead and mentor a growing sales & specification team Drive expansion into NSW and QLD Represent PROBOND with architects, designers, faade contractors and builders Work closely with the CEO on strategy, growth and market positioning What You Bring Experience selling cladding, faade systems, architectural products or construction materials Proven ability to generate opportunities and close long-cycle projects Strong understanding of the commercial construction and specification process Leadership experience or ready to step into a senior playercoach role Established relationships within architects, specifiers, builders or faade contractors Commercial mindset, energy, and the drive to build something meaningful Whats In It For You?
