Its HammondCare.About The RoleThe Head of Payroll oversees the fortnightly payroll of a workforce of around 6,000 team members across both salaried and hourly paid. This role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employer remuneration across all business units. This role drives operational excellence and the continuous improvement of end-to-end payroll activities, in addition to transformation initiatives within payroll, aligning with organisational goals and shared services strategy.
