This is a critical senior leadership role for a proven safety leader who can operate strategically, influence at Executive and Board level, and embed a genuine Safety-First culture across a multi-site FMCG operation.Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Safety provides thought leadership and strategic direction across health, safety, wellbeing, food safety and injury management.
