What You''ll Own Lead and optimise telehealth operations across patient onboarding, consult delivery, and follow-up care. Oversee prescribing protocols alongside our Clinician Lead, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Build scalable workflows and systems that support rapid growth and seamless patient experiences. Partner with leadership on strategic planning and operational execution. Strengthen brand awareness by ensuring every process reflects our patient-first ethos. Manage and mentor teams across admin, logistics, and clinical coordination. What Youll Need 5+ years experience in operations or healthtech leadership, ideally in telehealth or clinical settings, alongside a passion for technology. Proven experience scaling operations in a regulated environment. Strong knowledge (or quick learner) around alternative medicine frameworks & regulations.
