Exciting opportunity to join SAs iconic RAAFull-time permanent position with flexible working arrangementsJoin a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive cultureRAA is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, and were looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering initiatives that align to our strategic objectives and deliver measurable value for our members.In this role, youll lead complex business analysis activities across RAAs Transformation Portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure solutions are well-defined, strategically aligned, and value driven.About the roleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will:Lead the analysis of complex business problems and deliver high-quality business analysis artefacts including process maps, business requirements, user stories, and functional and non-functional specificationsEnsure requirements align with strategic proof points and support quarterly value deliveryFacilitate and lead workshops, stakeholder forums, and review sessions to drive alignment and decision-makingPartner with solution architects, data specialists, and delivery teams to contribute to and validate solution designsSupport testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and benefits expectationsIdentify risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement across processes, solutions, and delivery approachesCoach and support other Business Analysts, promoting best practice analysis techniques and delivery standardsContribute to business cases, benefits tracking, value realisation, and executive reportingWhat youll bringExperience & capabilitySignificant experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex enterprise initiativesProven experience working across agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including senior leadersExperience coaching or leading Business AnalystsStrong data analysis skills, including working with complex datasets and assessing data qualityExperience contributing to large-scale transformation programs, system implementations, or data migration initiatives (highly regarded)Skills & strengthsExceptional analytical thinking and attention to detailAdvanced facilitation and workshop design skillsAbility to translate strategic objectives into actionable, valuefocused requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCommercial acumen with the ability to assess financial and business impactsHigh integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentialityKnowledge & qualificationsStrong knowledge of contemporary business analysis practices and solution design conceptsWorking knowledge of agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog managementUnderstanding of enterprise systems, data governance, and integration conceptsBusiness Analysis certification (desirable)Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certification (desirable)About usWere proud to be one of South Australias most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years.
