Our restaurant is the heart of our venue, with it driving a large part of our food business and being home to many regular patrons. The Ashby is experiencing substantial growth this financial year and were seeking a leader who wants to embrace this opportunity. The opportunity to lead the team in our large scale pub restaurant, with seasonal menus offering a wide variety of shared dishes, pub classics and elevated mains plates awaits the right candidate. Since launching out summer menu in November we have had a tremendous response from our patrons and would love a passionate individual to be at the forefront of leading the customer experience.
