Does this sound like you? We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Operations Risk Management (ORM) Practice in Perth, Australia. In this role you will be responsible for the following: Lead delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management. Acting as Lead Consultant to deliver assessments, design and deliver training and coaching programmes, and develop operational risk management systems. Facilitate workshops, deliver coaching, provide technical advice to clients and develop risk and safety systems. Manage projects to ensure the effective execution of the project, including project planning, project governance and risk management. Interface at senior levels in organisations and support the Engagement Lead to lead and manage the engagement. Contribute to developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our work with clients. You will contribute to dss+ account and sector teams to prospect for new clients and grow existing clients. Who are you today? Your values align with ours. A post-graduate qualification will be beneficial. Ideally you will have 8+ years of industry and consulting experience, with exposure to the Mining, Oil & Gas, Food and Beverage Manufacturing or Utilities sectors preferred. You will have a track record of reducing risk and enhancing safety in an operational context, along with experience in embedding change by enhancing systems, capabilities and culture to improve performance. Prior experience in an established consulting firm preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex research projects and provide relevant recommendations. Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude, to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams. High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
