About the Role As a Senior Podiatrist, youll support CALHNs podiatry services, manage complex foot health care and guide clinicians to deliver safe and connected, highquality patient outcomes. Youll step into a supported opportunity to grow your clinical leadership, build capability, strengthen service quality and contribute to research, education and innovation across our multidisciplinary teams. Manage complex referrals, assess needs and shape tailored care plans Lead highlevel clinical decisions and support clinicians across the service Work within and across multidisciplinary teams Provide education, supervision and guidance to build capability across the health network Drive quality improvement, research and service development Contribute to the education of undergraduate podiatry students Opportunity to work within an interdisciplinary environment where active prescribing is occurring, enhancing the opportunity to gain Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines (PodBA) About You Youre a capable and collaborative Senior Podiatrist who brings advanced clinical judgement, strong communication and a calm, peoplecentred approach to supporting highquality podiatry care across CALHN.
