Overview Assistant Manager Reporting to the Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice you will lead the continuous development of your crew members whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your the Role. Responsibilities Safe, effective and efficient operation of the restaurant. Guest obsessed providing outstanding quality service and cleanliness to guests through people. Conduct structured training for crew members. Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions. Develop shift plans. Drive sales & profitability. Monitor production controls. Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety. Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs. Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements. Qualifications Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferable. Experience delivering exceptional customer service. Exceptional organisational & time management skills. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly. Labor Cost Analysis Organizational skills Communication skills Store Management Experience Management Experience Retail Sales Guest Services Schematics Merchandising Cash Handling Supervising Experience Retail Management Training Program 12week training program ensuring success and brand immersion. Week 16 Crew Station Training exposure to completing crew tasks. Week 711 Leadership/Management Training basic shift running policies, procedures, expectations, goal setting, KPIs, food safety and delegation.
