About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong commercial, warehouse, and distribution experience to take full ownership of operations at the Distribution Centre. You will lead a high-performing team of 10, optimise end-to-end processes, and champion a culture of safety, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional service to its customers. This role is based in Hendra, Queensland. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse activities. Oversee commercial aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory valuation, stock control, cost management, and sales-related processes. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, procurement, or customer service, to support operational and commercial objectives. Supervise, coach, and develop the team, fostering high performance and accountability. Optimise end-to-end processes including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet operational KPIs. Coordinate distribution schedules and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to customers. Implement and maintain warehouse systems and procedures to improve workflow, accuracy, and reporting. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Analyse warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and commercial outcomes. About You: Proven experience in warehouse leadership preferably in retail hardware or similar industry, with strong people management and stakeholder communication skills. Adept at analysing operations and using systems to drive improvements and results. Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, industry standards, and financial impacts. Holds at least a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. Skilled in using business systems and tools to manage inventory, workflow, and reporting. Why Consider?
