You will play a key role in the success of our projects by conducting technical discussion, long-term planning, budgeting, and finances, and liaising with the senior representatives of our clients.Main dutiesLiaise with clients on tender queries, and design, construction and contract issues,Liaise and brief subcontractors on construction plans and delegate responsibilities,Review tender documents and preliminary designs for alternative solutions,Prepare cash flow budgets, costs and reconciliations,Proactively provide input in support in the maintenance of a safe workplace,Manage information and conduct appropriate monitoring and reporting duties.Position requirementsPreferably a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar site-based role with experience in delivery of earthworks projects,Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field,Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications,Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and a genuine concern for health, safety and the environment,Developed analytical and problem-solving skills while adhering to deadlines,Team player mindset with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships,Competent in the use of planning software such as MS Project, P6 and Pronto.Whats on offerSenior Project Engineering role - preferably Perth-based and willing to undertake a 2 & 1 FIFO roster arrangement,Highly attractive remuneration package + 41% uplift on base salary,Exposure to technically challenging projects,Opportunities for growth and progression.Successful candidates will be required to pass a full medical and complete inductions.Whats next?If this sounds like the opportunity youve been looking for, apply now with your current CV outlining your experience and suitability.All applicants will be reviewed for shortlisting.
