In this pivotal leadership role, youll guide a team of 30 operational and administrative professionals, champion safety and compliance, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, optimise fleet and transport performance, and shape a high-performing, positive culture across the branch.What Youll DoLead the collection fleet to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable service for our hazardous packaged waste business.Champion compliance and cultivate a proactive, safety-first culture.Drive engagement, retention, and development through performance reviews, talent planning, and succession initiatives (supported by HR).Partner with Commercial Finance to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and support market growth.Oversee operational and financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, implementing strategies to strengthen profitability.Coach and mentor team members to achieve operational KPIs and uphold safety standards.Investigate incidents, lead safety initiatives, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.About YouYoure a strategic, hands-on leader with strong operational experience in hazardous liquids, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial services.
