Youll then ask yourself the BIG question; How can we provide a service that enriches our community, and allows children, families and educators to grow in body, mind and spirit? To answer this, youll collaborate with your team of skilled educators, chair staff meetings, conduct performance reviews, facilitate staff training sessions, uphold YMCA policies, procedures and design/implement a high-quality learning curriculum.Youll be great in this role if youHave a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalentCan obtain First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificatesUnderstand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012Have experience as a Director / Centre Manager or Assistant Director (or similar) in an early childhood settingAre known for providing visionary leadership to maintain a high quality, inclusive and safe learning environmentHave inspired and led a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace cultureRetain knowledge in child development / high quality programming practices.Have an understanding of financial and administrative functionsCan obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children cardHow to applyClick on the Apply button below to submit your application.
