Reporting to the Project Exploration Manager, you will manage and deliver exploration programs across AC, RC and diamond drilling, from planning through execution, interpretation and reporting. You will work closely within a small, high-performing field team in remote settings, taking real technical ownership of projects. This is a permanent role, Field work will be campaign style (approx. 2:1) during the field season. Key Responsibilities Integrate and interpret geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to generate targets Plan and execute greenfields exploration programs in remote environments Supervise AC, RC and diamond drilling; logging and 3D interpretation Ensure high-quality data collection and QAQC standards Champion safety, heritage and environmental compliance in the fieldContractor supervision, rig audits and daily safety meetings Manage field data integrity and database quality Conduct project and regional assessments with clear recommendations Maintain proactive communication within the exploration team Support field logistics and camp operations as required About You Tertiary qualification in Geology Minimum 5 years exploration experience Strong skills in multi-element geochemistry, geophysics and structural interpretation Sound understanding of mineral systems and 3D geological interpretation Proven AC, RC and diamond drill rig management experience Knowledge of indigenous heritage, safety and environmental requirements Strong analytical, scientific and critical-thinking capability Proficiency in MS Office, Micromine, QGIS, iOGas or equivalent Experience working from remote greenfields bush camps Manual drivers licence with genuine off-road 4x4 experience Apply Now!
