Role Scope The Chief Executive Officer works alongside the Board to shape and execute strategic and business plans that drive sustainable growth, meet contractual and compliance requirements and enhance client outcomes. Candidate Profile Essential Criteria Demonstrated success as a CEO or senior executive leading multi-site human services organisations. Proven strategic leadership and people management, including negotiation and conflict resolution. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, analysis, reporting, cost control). Track record of developing and executing strategies to solve complex organisational challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication; effective stakeholder and community engagement. Demonstrated success in tenders, grants and high-quality reporting to funders and Boards. Uncompromising integrity and confidentiality, including cultural and commercially sensitive matters.
