About Our New Echuca West Centre Licensed for 120 children across 8 beautifully designed rooms 6:30am 6:30pm operating hours Purposebuilt spaces created to support children, educators & families Strong commitment to community connection and meaningful local excursions About the Role As our Centre Manager, youll be the heartbeat of the service - leading with purpose, inspiring your team, and creating a warm, connected environment for families. Youll oversee daily operations, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement while building a centre culture youre proud of. What Youll Lead Keeping children at the centre of everything we do Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards Overseeing daily operations, budgets, wages, rostering & occupancy Coaching, mentoring & developing an engaged team Building strong, trusting relationships with families & the community Ensuring regulatory compliance & advocating for every childs rights Implementing and evaluating highquality programs About You Youre an inspiring ECEC leader who thrives on connection, growth and meaningful impact.
