Key responsibilities include: Leading and engaging the branch team through regular performance and development conversations to drive revenue growth and achieve budget targets Full accountability for branch P&L performance Planning branch staffing in collaboration with the Area Manager to meet profitability targets Ensuring accurate rostering, time and attendance information is completed within payroll timeframes Preparing end-of-month reports and analysing lost business to identify improvement opportunities Overseeing equipment maintenance, servicing and workshop standards to ensure fleet reliability and availability Building strong customer relationships and actively identifying business development opportunities Role modelling and coaching safe work practices in line with company safety policies and procedures Providing ongoing feedback, coaching and performance reviews to build capability and lift performance About you Proven experience leading teams in a management or supervisory role Background in the hire industry or trade-based services, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, operational environments Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to delegate, coach and develop others Solid financial acumen, including experience managing profit and loss outcomes A customer-first leadership style, with the confidence to manage and resolve customer issues Experience working within a multi-site or networked business where collaboration is key WhyKennards Hire?
