Overview This business operates in high-risk, standards-driven environments where credibility, judgement, and execution matter. The role exists to take a technically rigorous, founder-led operation and turn it into a stable, scalable organisation without diluting what makes it exceptional. Responsibilities You will take operational control of the business. Your job is to convert founder judgement, technical standards, and forensic discipline into systems that teams can execute consistently. You will bring order to complexity, clarity to decisionmaking, and discipline to delivery. What you will own: How the business runs day to day, including field operations, reporting workflows, QA controls, scheduling logic, escalation pathways, and delivery consistency. Building cadence, enforcing standards, and closing gaps before they become risks. Leading people directly managers, senior technicians, and support staff with clear expectations and accountability. How the brand shows up: reports, proposals, written communication, and external positioning that reflect competence, restraint, and forensic credibility. Building the system: SOPs, QA gates, role clarity, escalation frameworks, and decision logic documented, embedded, and enforced. Operating as a true founder counterpart, challenging, aligning, and executing decisively. Success Criteria The founder is no longer the operational choke point. Decisions are made once and embedded into systems. Output quality is consistent regardless of who delivers it. The brand earns respect through competence, not volume or noise. Growth is controlled, profitable, and defensible. Qualifications You have led complex service businesses before. You are comfortable operating where mistakes have consequences. You think in systems and act decisively. You write clearly and think precisely. You want real authority and are prepared to be accountable for it. This role carries authority. Ownership is expected. Escalation is not the default. #J-18808-Ljbffr
