Join a highperforming finance team in the electrical wholesale industry. Were seeking a proactive credit collections/accounts receivable professional to join a leading independent electrical wholesaler on a 6month fixedterm contract. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and trade customers to ensure timely, accurate, and professional credit and accountsreceivable processes. What Youll Be Doing Manage customer ledgers and ensure accounts remain within agreed credit terms. Perform daily credit collections, payment allocations, and receipting. Respond to customer and internal enquiries via phone and email, resolving account queries. Negotiate payment plans and process credit claims. Support monthend close, reporting, and general accounts receivable administration. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and branch teams. Youll Fit Right In If You Have proven experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections. Enjoy working in a fastpaced, customerfocused wholesale environment. Are confident interpreting customer balances and resolving discrepancies. Bring strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication skills. Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Have experience with Pronto finance system. Can work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
