About the Role As Projects Manager (Operations), you will lead the delivery of surface works and other infrastructure and improvement projects, including underground infrastructure projects across our Victorian site at Kilmore and Sunday Creek playing a central role in construction readiness, infrastructure development and safe execution. Your focus will be on turning designs, permits and plans into clear, sequenced, executable workensuring our civil, electrical and structural scopes progress safely, on schedule and to quality standards. What Youll Drive Daytoday delivery of surface works across civil, electrical and structural scopes Translating designs and permits into structured schedules, milestones and execution plans Overseeing contractor performance quality, safety, progress and cost discipline Site coordination, progress tracking and variation review Early identification of risks and constraints, with proactive mitigation Strong coordination between internal stakeholders and contractor partners Who You Are Youre someone who brings structure, clarity and momentumcomfortable operating at site level while keeping a firm handle on scheduling, risk and execution. Your Background Degree or trade qualification in construction, engineering or project management Proven experience delivering civil or mining large and complex infrastructure projects Strong commercial judgement and disciplined scheduling capability Confident operating in a dynamic SME environment A clear, collaborative communicatordecisive, pragmatic and solutionsfocused The Practical Details Roster: Monday Friday (5:2), typically 7am 3pm with flexibility as needed Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Required checks: Right to work & qualifications verification Ready to Build Something That Lasts?
