Where you''ll be working Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards What You''ll Be Doing The primary duty is to undertake a full range of duties expected of the radiation therapist for the purpose of planning and delivering accurate and precise radiation therapy to patients, as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologists. The Radiation Therapist will play a proactive role in the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum patient processing of technical delivery and patient care. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Graduate of a course in Medical Radiation Science - Radiation Therapy, accredited by ASMIRT and eligible for licensure by the EPA NSW and registration by the AHPRA. Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of radiation therapy multimodality image based treatment planning and delivery including TBI, SRS, Exactrac, 4DCT, 4DCBCT, IMRT, VMAT, MLC tracking. Knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls. Proven ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
