Clinical Pharmacist Grade 1 & Grade 2 (Rotational) Location: VIC Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities available) Classification: As per award Clinical Pharmacist Grade 12 We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacists for their unit-based clinical pharmacy team. Positions are available at both Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels, with allocation based on experience and career stage. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas, including specialty streams such as critical care and medical specialties. Successful candidates will also have the chance to undertake credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and participate in advanced scope programs. Rotations may include operational services such as dispensing, compounding, and oncology placements. Professional development is a priority, with access to inservice education, journal clubs, conferences, and structured programs like SHPA residency. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services Support patient flow and multidisciplinary care Mentor pharmacy students, interns, and residents Contribute to team education and continuous improvement What Were Looking For Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility) Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Why This Opportunity?
