Position Overview Recruitment pool for Permanent Full-Time, Permanent Part-Time, Fixed Term Full-Time, Fixed Term Part-Time or Casual with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Location Community Health team based in Mullewa, Midwest region. Responsibilities Well-developed nursing skills relevant to community, school and child health. Demonstrated ability to function independently and as a team. Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to primary health care principles and health promotion. Knowledge of current legislation in relation to nursing practice. Eligible for or in possession of a current C or C-A Class drivers licence. Provides clinical services as part of the core community health programs such as immunisations, school health and child health. Responsible for providing quality primary health services to the community within their own levels of competency to meet planned health outcomes.
