We are seeking an experienced, relational and highly capable Assistant Director of Marist Centre to join our Diverse Learning Team for a 3term parental leave contract. This leadership role is ideal for a passionate educator committed to personalised learning, student advocacy, and building capacity in others. About the Role The Assistant Director of Marist Centre works closely with the Director of Marist Centre and leads a dedicated team supporting students with diverse learning needs. This includes curriculum adaptation, case management, staff guidance, and ensuring highquality teaching and learning in alignment with the Australian Curriculum and Modified SACE. This role includes: Leadership of the Marist Centre team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Case management, including Personalised Plans for Learning, NCCD documentation, behaviour support planning, and collaboration with families and external professionals. Curriculum leadership, supporting modified curriculum delivery, life skills programs, functional literacy/numeracy, and Diverse Learning pedagogies. Operational responsibilities, including supporting camps/excursions, staff supervision, resource management, and participation in enrolment processes. About You We are seeking a leader who demonstrates: Current SA Teacher Registration and relevant teaching experience. Commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and the mission of Cardijn College. Strong knowledge and experience in Diverse Learning, modified curriculum, and supporting students with disabilities. Proven ability to lead, inspire and build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Highlevel organisational, communication, and casemanagement skills.
