You dont need experience in the explosives sector were looking for dependable people who can work safely, follow processes, and thrive in a hands-on role.What Were Looking ForReliable work history (explain any gaps in your resume)Physically fit must pass an intensive medical assessment (includes treadmill)Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts over 14 days, day and night shifts)Willing to undergo Drug & alcohol testing (including random testing)High-level police check (Explosives Licence required)All age groups are welcome from 18+Rotating Roster7 shifts over 14 days (8am8pm and 8pm8am)Work every other weekFixed 28 day roster no changes2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min paid breaks per shiftHourly Rate$43.78 per hour (flat rate) + Super paid fortnightly.ResponsibilitiesNote: Responsibilities are reflected in the original text under general expectations for assembly work in a safety-conscious, process-driven environment.
