Majestic Hotels & Apartments is a boutique collection of hotels and apartments renowned for creating unforgettable guest experiences through heartfelt service, meticulous standards, and passionate hospitality.We are seeking a handson Rooms Division Manager to provide strong onsite leadership, overseeing Front Office and Housekeeping operations at multisite locations, including Majestic Old Lion Apartments, Tynte Street Apartments and the Majestic Minima Hotel.The RoleReporting to the Group Hotel Manager, you will oversee the daytoday performance, presentation, and service delivery of the Rooms Division. This visible leadership role demands operational excellence, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences. You will directly lead the Executive Housekeeper and Front Office Duty Managers, working closely with Maintenance to ensure the hotel is safe, functional, and impeccably presented.What You''ll DoLead Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth, highquality serviceProvide operational oversight of Front Office and Housekeeping procedures and SOPs, ensuring standards are understood and consistently followedAct as the senior manager on site, making key decisions and resolving issuesManage rosters, wage costs, and departmental efficiencyMaintain presentation standards across rooms, public areas, and backofhouse spacesDrive guest satisfaction through service excellence and proactive issue resolutionMonitor performance, feedback, and financial outcomes to improve operationsCoach and inspire your team, fostering a positive, accountable cultureAbout YouExperienced hotel leader with a background in Rooms Division, Operations, or similar senior rolesStrong operational knowledge of Front Office and HousekeepingSkilled in rostering, budget management, and cost controlExceptional guest focus and ability to handle escalations calmlyKnowledgeable in WHS and hotel complianceConfident, proactive, and handson with strong leadership skillsHospitality or Hotel Management qualification is desirableJoin a boutique hotel group committed to quality and guest experience.
