We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.As CPAP Therapy Consultant, you main role will be to provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, such as contract management, customer organizations'' interfaces, payors'' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).* Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.* Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company''s products/services.* Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.* Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.* Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.* Handle larger accounts, managing contracts & overseeing a broader range of administrative functions.* Provide guidance to junior agents.* College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.* 5+ years of experience in general office practice* Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician## **About Air Liquide**A world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
