Our vision is to support older people to live the life they choose through innovative person-centred models of care.ResponsibilitiesA new opportunity is now available for a diligent and experienced Educator and Facilitator to support two of our Residential Aged Care (RAC) homes as a Workplace Educator. You will have the opportunity to identify and manage the education, training and compliance needs and in turn facilitate training across all areas of home operations, including clinical, hospitality, laundry, cleaning and more, supporting home compliance and developing colleagues'' skills to enhance performance of our residential aged care teams.Facilitate and deliver ongoing education and training to all employees, supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality StandardsDevelop training calendars and plans that maintain high compliance levelsCoordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new employeesConduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and develop learning plansSupport and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environmentUtilise blended learning methods and adult learning principles to maximise engagement and competencyMonitor and report on compliance with training and onboarding plans, escalating issues as requiredCollaborate with managers, HR, and clinical teams to ensure training aligns with organisational needsQualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalentRegistered Nurse (AHPRA registration) preferred but not essentialDemonstrated experience in delivering education and training programmes ideally within residential aged careStrong understanding of workplace health and safety, Aged Care Legislation and Quality StandardsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamWillingness to travel to Orange approx. 1 day per weekDriver''s Licence and vehicle travel reimbursedBenefitsBenefits Catholic Healthcare employees receive include:Additional leave daysSalary packagingFitness benefitsPaid parental and family leaveLong service leave after five yearsCatholic Healthcare is a valuesbased organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgrounds.Apply your interest online now!#LI-PRICatholic Healthcare acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and dream.
