Our vision is clear: to help families live a healthier, more natural life.The Opportunity:FGB is seeking to appoint an experienced, values-driven Non-Executive Director to join our Board. This role will provide independent oversight, strategic guidance and governance leadership at a time of continued growth, brand expansion and product innovation.Contributions:Corporate governance excellenceStrategic planning and commercial performanceRisk management and regulatory complianceESG strategy and sustainability reportingStrengthening industry partnerships, networks and market engagementAs a long-standing Australian manufacturer and consumer brands business with a commitment to natural health products and responsible business practices, FGB is looking for a Non-Executive Director who can bring contemporary governance capability alongside commercial insight, product innovation understanding, and strong business networks across FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail or manufacturing sectors.About You:We encourage applications from candidates with the following profile:Essential AttributesAICD membership and/or formal governance qualificationsSenior leadership experience in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing or related sectorsDemonstrated commercial, channel or manufacturing expertiseProven business networks across retail, wholesale, pharmacy or manufacturingStrong financial literacy and capability to interpret financial statements, balance sales/costs/profitability and understand capital requirementsPractical experience with risk management frameworks, risk registers and compliance systemsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomesDemonstrated integrity, independence and values-based decision makingCollaborative leadership style and strong interpersonal skillsEmotional intelligence and the ability to support constructive Board cultureA genuine interest in contributing to FGB''s long-term sustainability and successDesirable AttributesLegal knowledge and experience relevant to Company matters and Board obligationsExperience in R&D product development and innovationUnderstanding of regulatory environments (e.g., TGA, safety & quality systems)Experience with ESG strategy, sustainability and governance reportingKey Expectations:The successful Non-Executive Director will be expected to commit to the following:Attend a minimum of six Board Meetings per year, including any additional ad-hoc sessions as required.Work minimum 2 days per monthParticipate in FGB''s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and provide appropriate support and oversight in preparation for the meeting.Review monthly Board Packs, providing constructive feedback, insights, and challenge to ensure strong governance and informed decision-making.Actively contribute to Board Committees, which may include Audit, Risk, Remuneration, Governance, or other committees aligned with your expertise.Engage directly with Senior Management on special projects, strategic initiatives, and key business priorities where independent input, oversight, or specialist guidance is beneficial.Why Join FGB?This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven Australian organisation with a rich heritage, strong values and a commitment to natural, effective and sustainable products.As FGB continues expanding its brand and market presence, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the next chapter of growth, innovation and long-term impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
