A wellestablished and fastgrowing construction company with a strong reputation in delivering highquality Class 2 residential and mixeduse highrise projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. With multiple tower developments underway and a solid pipeline of upcoming work, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a collaborative and professional environment.You will take ownership of onsite delivery for a major Class 2 highrise project, working closely with a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Leading Hand, and subcontractor teams. The role involves managing daytoday site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and program compliance while driving strong outcomes across all stages of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all onsite operations and coordinate daily activities across structure, faade, services, and internal fitout stages.Manage highrise residential and mixeduse developments valued $10M$100M+.Lead site establishment, program delivery, sequencing, and milestone tracking.Implement and monitor safety, quality, and environmental management systems.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors to maintain workflow efficiency.Support design and construction integration, providing input during construction phases.Build positive working relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.Experience neededMinimum 2 years'' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within Class 2 residential construction.Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and manage construction sequencing across complex builds.Solid understanding of highrise construction methodologies, services coordination, and faade logistics.A proactive, organised, and relationshipdriven approach to site leadership.Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.Please apply to this ad for a confidential chat.#J-18808-Ljbffr
