Key Responsibilities Confidently manage complex calendars, travel arrangements and daily priorities Coordinate diaries and meetings, including scheduling, rescheduling and follow-up Maintain structured organisation and ensure clear, timely communication Support financial administration through accurate data entry, record-keeping and maintenance of financial systems and asset records Provide high-level administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects as required Support both business and personal matters with discretion and professionalism Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and sound judgement About You Operates independently and anticipates needs before they arise Communicates proactively, clearly and professionally Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Experienced in OneDrive and SharePoint, file management.
